FC “VEKTA” – Plovdiv was established in September 2005 for the purpose of developing the child and youth football and futsal.

At the moment the club has four teams: players born in year 91, 95, and 96 and representative men’s futsal team.

The club is member of BFU (Bulgarian Football Union). It has facilities in Plovdiv, consisting of official grass field with dimensions 100:70m; training court 80:60m and two fields with artificial grass 20:40m.

The outfit FC “VEKTA” plays in is black and white striped shirts, black shorts and white socks. Second outfit – black.

The president of the club dipl. Eng. Petar Niklenov is former youth team player of “Lokomotiv” – Plovdiv and he is also a Bulgarian national futsal player.

The club is fully supported by “VEKTA” LTD. which trades in liquid fuel and is one of the leading Bulgarian companies in selling compressed natural gas. Petar Niklenov is owner and manager of “VEKTA” LTD.
